Privacy Policy — Liquid Sort: Color Lab
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how OroraSoft ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Liquid Sort: Color Lab (the "Game"). It applies only to this Game. Other OroraSoft products may have different policies. See our company privacy policy.
If you have questions, contact us at info@ororasoft.com.
1. Who we are
OroraSoft develops and publishes Liquid Sort: Color Lab for Android (Google Play). We do not operate a player account system for this Game.
2. Information we collect
Liquid Sort: Color Lab is designed so that most gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Depending on how you use the Game and which platform features or SDKs are active, the following categories of data may be processed:
2.1 Local game data (on your device)
- Level progress, stars, settings, and unlocks
- Virtual currency / hint balances and purchased entitlements flags
- Preferences such as audio or language settings
This local save data stays on your device unless you choose to share device diagnostics through your platform settings, or unless third-party SDKs transmit related technical data as described below.
2.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
The Game integrates Google AdMob to show advertisements, including:
- Rewarded ads (for example, hints, undo, or unlocks)
- Interstitial ads (for example, after certain level completions or on app resume, subject to frequency limits)
AdMob and its partners may collect or process advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), IP address, device information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information used to deliver, measure, and personalize ads. Where required by law (for example, GDPR), the Game includes a consent flow before personalized ads are shown.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob help.
2.3 In-app purchases
The Game supports in-app purchases through Google Play Billing / Unity IAP, including products such as:
- Remove Ads
- Hint Pack
- VIP Pass
Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Google may share with us purchase status information needed to fulfill and restore entitlements (for example, product identifiers and purchase tokens). See Google Payments privacy notice.
2.4 Analytics
Current status: Liquid Sort: Color Lab does not currently send gameplay analytics to a third-party analytics product. An analytics interface exists in the Game for future use, but production analytics (such as Firebase Analytics or Unity Analytics) are not wired up at the time of this policy.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before or when that change ships. Typical analytics categories for a mobile game may include anonymous or pseudonymous event data such as level start/complete/fail, session length, ad impressions/rewards, and purchase events — without requiring an OroraSoft account.
2.5 Device and technical information
Third-party SDKs and the platform may process technical information such as:
- Device model, OS version, and locale / language
- App version and crash/diagnostic signals (when provided by the store or SDK)
- Network information necessary to serve ads or process purchases
- Advertising identifiers, as described in the AdMob section
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Game
- Show ads and measure ad performance (via AdMob)
- Fulfill and restore in-app purchases
- Respond to support requests you send us
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- Consent — for personalized advertising and similar processing where consent is required
- Contract / legitimate interests — to provide the Game, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud/abuse, and keep the service secure
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by third-party service providers that help us run the Game, including:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Advertising (rewarded & interstitial) | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Play / Play Billing | Distribution and in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Unity IAP / Unity runtime | Purchase integration and game engine services | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
These providers process data under their own policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of OroraSoft, our players, or the public.
6. Data retention
- Local save data remains on your device until you reset progress in-game (where available), clear app data, or uninstall the Game.
- Purchase entitlement records are retained as needed to honor purchases and prevent fraud, consistent with platform practices.
- Support emails you send us are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and for ordinary business records.
- Ad-related data retention is governed by Google AdMob and related partners.
7. Data deletion and your choices
You can:
- Delete local Game data by using any in-game reset option, clearing app storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the Game
- Reset or opt out of personalized ads via your device advertising settings and applicable consent prompts
- Manage Google Play purchase and account settings through Google
- Contact us at info@ororasoft.com to request deletion of personal information you sent us (for example, support correspondence), or to exercise rights available under applicable law
Please include the Game name (Liquid Sort: Color Lab), your platform, and enough detail for us to locate your request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
8. Children's privacy
Liquid Sort: Color Lab is a casual puzzle game intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for OroraSoft accounts (we do not offer player accounts in this Game).
Advertising and platform services may process identifiers as described above. Where we configure ads for audiences that include children, we endeavor to use age-appropriate ad settings offered by AdMob / Google Play policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (for example, by emailing support), contact info@ororasoft.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International transfers
Our service providers (including Google and Unity) may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are provided under those companies' transfer mechanisms.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate for a local-first mobile game. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device and Google account secured.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or SDKs change — for example, if we enable Firebase Analytics, change ad mediation, or add new purchase products. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
